Texture/Mouth feel
It’s very fresh in the mouth with certain peculiar characteristic and slight sweet ending note. Mild level of astringency (depending on leaf-water ratio), however it doesn’t last long in the mouth.
Tea Liquor Color
It’s clean and clear. The color of the tea liquor is light golden.

Normal Brewing
- Leaves/Water Equation : 2 grams of dry tea leaves in 150 ml of hot water
- Use hot water at about 90 degree Celsius
- Do not boil the tea leaves
- Brew the tea leaves for about 1-2 minutes in the hot water
- Strain it and enjoy the taste of nature and the richness of forest bio-diversity
- The tea leaves can be steeped multiple times, which makes it good value for money
Gong Fu Brewing
- Leaves/Water Equation : 5 grams of dry tea leaves in 100 ml of hot water
- Use hot water at about 90 degree Celsius
- Brew the tea leaves for about 10-20 seconds in the first infusion
- Increase the brewing period by about 5-10 seconds for every subsequent infusions
